Dear Stonehengians,
Thank you for being so patient and cooperative with us on the Backerkit survey. There has been one mistake that we have realized upon sending out the survey to you. As you well know, we have made 2019 Essen and Tokyo Game Market pick up options available and we are charging no shipping cost for those options. Our current Backerkit survey does not include these pick up options, and it only offers options for shipping payment (1650 or 2750 yen). This may have caused some confusions for those wishing to pick up. We are so sorry about this.
If you do not wish to pick up the game at the fairs, there is no problem with completing the form so please proceed to fill out your shipping information and completing the shipping payment from Backerkit.
If you wish to pick up the game at the fairs, we would like you to wait to answer the Backerkit survey. We are thinking about the best solution to resolve this issue, and we will let you know as soon as possible on this campaign update once we have come up with the way to correct it.

今回お送りさせていただいたBackerKitからの配送先住所と送料に関する個別メッセージにて、一つ手違いがございました。キャンペーンページでご案内した通り、今回ご支援いただいた『ストーンヘンジと太陽』は2019年のエッセン・シュピールおよび2019年ゲームマーケット秋にてピックアップが可能な商品となっておりますが、現行のご案内ではご自宅配送用送料の1650円もしくは2750円のオプションのみ選択可能な状態が生じてしまっており、大変ご不便をおかけしております。
もし、これらイベントでのピックアップオプションではなく直接ご自宅への配送をご希望の場合は、このままご回答いただいて特に問題はありませんので、BackerKitの個別メッセージのリンクからご住所の登録と送料のお振込の方を済ませていただければと思います。
もし、エッセンおよびゲムマにてピックアップをご希望の方はこちらで至急対応を検討の上、本キャンペーンアップデート上でご連絡させていただきたく思いますので、今しばしBackerKitからの個別メールへの回答をお待ちいただけますでしょうか。
